External Coating and Internal Lining

3-Layer Extruded Polyethylene / Poly Propylene External Coating

External coating with 3 layer (Fusion Bonded Epoxy layer, Adhesive layer, PE/PP outer layer). Coating process according to DIN 30670 & 30678 or customer requirements.
Applied dia from 6" up 64".

Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) External Coating

FBE external coating as stand alone sysem up to 500 microns per NACE RP-0394, AWWA C 213 and customer requirements.Applied pipe diameter from 6" up to 64"

Internal Liquid Epoxy Lining

Internal lining using liquid Epoxy as per,AWWA C 210 and customer requirement, one or more coats depending on customer requirements. Applied pipe diameter from 10" up to 52".

Cement Mortar Internal lining

Internal cement Mortar lining of pipes & fitting as per AWWA C 205 and customer.
